Before, starting the recruitment process, we take necessary instructions from our industry clients to understand the clients’ requirements. We commence the recruitment process by strictly adhering to information provided. Industries, in which we have placed the candidates are of diverse nature and are locatedin various countries all over the Globe.
We provide all categories Like Engineers, Accountants, Supervisors, Operators, Skilled Technicians & semi-skilled workforce to different industries for their projects overseasand. On receipt of necessary documentation from the Clients, DAS provide start to finish service, and on the behalf of the Client’s we undertake to:

Visa Stamping / Emigration Formalities / Flight Tickets
Mobilizations.
Pre-recruitment Documentation
To commence the process of recruitment, we obtain the job description from the client, obtain a Demand Letter indicating number of persons required in each category along with likely salary and other benefits, a “Letter of Appointment” in our favour, authorizing DAS to recruit on your behalf, and also an employee’s service agreement

Our identification of suitable candidates may be through our data bank, Indian networks, and our associates in India and abroad, check their availability and refer to the client for further shortlisting.
In case of specialized categories or a very large requirement, it may become necessary to make a newspaper advertisement to get sufficient response
Candidates shortlisted by the client may be
Interviewed by the client representative Or the client can assign this interview to be done by our experts.
In case of skilled/semi-skilled technicians they undergo a suitable Trade Test conducted by our nominated Trade test center.
Post section formalities.
Medical checkup
Police clearance certificate, where necessary
Visa authorization & visa endorsement
Immigration formalities / Travel arrangements / Departure
Orientation before Departure
Mobilization
After all formalities are completed, the candidates can be deployed as per client’s schedule. It normally takes up to 2 weeks for a small batch up to 100 – 200 persons, 3 weeks for a batch of 300 – 500 persons and 4 weeks for larger mobilization.
In case of senior categories, their release from their present employment, may need due notice of a month.
